How we review: this is a research-based roundup by a working UK B2B SaaS AE, using Trigify's own shutdown notice, each vendor's website and pricing page, and public news coverage. It is not a hands-on test. Every alternative listed was checked as live and selling on 19 October 2026. Prices are list prices as shown on vendor sites on that date and can change, so check before you buy. Published 19 Oct 2026.
Shutting down
Trigify access ends at 11:59pm BST on Thursday 22 October 2026 for customers on the standard notice period. Its team is joining HubSpot, but the product is not: Trigify says accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot, and integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection all stop when access ends. Customers with different contract terms are being given their own dates.
Quick answer: If your pipeline comes from your own team's LinkedIn posts and you want it in HubSpot or Salesforce, look at Teamfluence, which offers Trigify customers a price match and free migration. If you watched competitor posts and keywords and just want qualified alerts in Slack, SignalRaven is the closest no-login swap and has a free trial with no card. If you have someone who can build workflows, Clay covers the most ground.
What's happening to Trigify
Trigify was a social-signal tool: it watched LinkedIn (and other social activity) for people engaging with posts, keywords and accounts you cared about, then pushed those signals into your CRM, Slack or Clay. On 23 September 2026 it announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being wound down.
The important bits for a buyer, all from Trigify's own notice: the product will not reappear inside HubSpot, your account won't move over, HubSpot won't use your customer data, and subscriptions won't renew past your end date. In other words, this is a shutdown with a date, not a migration.
Do this before access ends
- Export everything you want to keep. Trigify asks customers to use its existing export options, or to contact its team (details are on the Trigify homepage) if they need help.
- List every workflow that reads from Trigify. Zaps, Clay tables, CRM fields and Slack alerts that depend on it will simply go quiet on the 23rd.
- Write down what you actually tracked. Which profiles, company pages, competitor posts and keywords. That list is your set-up brief for whichever tool you pick next.
- Check your own notice. If your contract has a different notice period, your date may not be 22 October.

How to choose in three days
- Match the job, not the feature list. Own-content engagement into the CRM points to Teamfluence. Competitor and keyword listening points to SignalRaven. Wanting the outreach done too points to Gojiberry. Building it yourself points to Clay or PhantomBuster. Cross-channel buyer intelligence at scale points to Common Room.
- Set a budget band first. The options here run from about $56 a month to $30,000 a year. Decide which band you're in before the first demo.
- Run a side-by-side while Trigify is still live. Point a free trial (SignalRaven, Gojiberry, PhantomBuster or Clay) at the same profiles and posts you track in Trigify, and judge it on whether it surfaces the people you'd actually call.
- Check data handling. For UK and EU prospects, ask each vendor how it sources LinkedIn data and what it means for your GDPR position.
