Terms & Refunds

Who we are
SellStack is an independent website based in the United Kingdom that publishes a directory and newsletter about AI sales tools. To contact us, use the "Questions first?" form on the Get featured page and we will reply by email.
Sponsorships
Featured listings (and the Bundle) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in GBP. They renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; your placement stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
Newsletter slots are one-off purchases for a single sponsored placement in an issue of The SellStack Weekly. We will agree the issue date with you by email after purchase.
We may decline or remove sponsored content that is misleading, unlawful or unrelated to sales or marketing, and will refund any unused amount if we do.
Refunds
Monthly plans: once a billing period has started, we do not give pro-rata refunds for the remainder of that period. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Newsletter slots: fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before the agreed issue date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the issue date are not refundable.
Placement guarantee: if a paid placement does not go live as described, we refund it in full.
Fast Track listings (£39, one-time): live within 48 hours of payment, as a permanent listing. If we decline to list your tool, we refund you in full.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Editorial independence
Sponsored placements are always clearly labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored". Payment does not buy a review, change a tool's "good for" note, or influence how other tools are described.
Privacy
If you subscribe to the newsletter or register interest, we store your email address with our email provider, Resend, and use it only to send SellStack emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We do not sell your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
